(4.1cm tall) Here is a little dusk spirit, a being of rest but also one who's full of the magic of autumn's glittering night sky. It hopes to help us find that joy and wonder too, along with the remembering that the stars are up there. And we can rest under them whenever we need to.
It is made of stoneware and has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
