Earth and sky spirit cottage, raku ceramic faerie house shrine

(8.8cm tall by approx 5.4cm wide) This sweet fairy cottage or spirit house is a beautiful little shrine or home for tiny folk. Each one of this batch feels so warm and welcoming, and this one feels like the holding together of earth and sky. A combination of both, together in balance.
This spirit house is made of stoneware, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the beautiful effects of flame and smoke. It can live outside if it's in a dry place, but I would recommend bringing it indoors during winter as it's not frost proof.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
