This bear statue is made from stoneware clay and has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired for the amazing gifts of smoke and flame.
A white bear has been a part of my life for many years (along with kitsune, of course!), and I feel honoured to be able to help their spirits — in all colours — manifest in our world.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
