(3.1cm tall by 6.5cm long) Here is another elemental bear of earth. This one is kind and so gentle, a little sleepy too. It hopes to help us rebuild and restore what we've lost, to rediscover the balance of all the elements, but especially of water and land. It wants to help us remember how joyful this planet can be.
This bear statue is made from stoneware clay and has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired for the amazing gifts of smoke and flame.
A white bear has been a part of my life for many years (along with kitsune, of course!), and I feel honoured to be able to help their spirits — in all colours — manifest in our world.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
