Here is a beautiful spirit cave. It feels like a gentle mountain that just grew out of the earth and seems very magical to me: like it carries with it the energy of another place, somewhere that's so familiar and yet so far away now. And it feels very alive.
It is 8.8cm tall, and at its base, it's 7.2cm wide by 5.7cm deep. Its opening is around 3.9cm tall.
This spirit cave is made of stoneware, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the beautiful effects of flame and smoke.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
