(6.3cm tall) This nature guardian comes from a watery place by a pond or stream. It loves the water and trees and the connection between the two, and it hopes to be able to help us be more connected to this beautiful planet too. It would be lovely for a nature table, Shinto kamidana shrine, for shamanism, or any kind of nature worship.
It has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing gifts of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
