(3.3cm tall by 7.1cm long) This little calico cat sculpture really feels like it's had enough of today. It very much wants to curl up and have a rest, and maybe a long rest, but once that's done, it'll be ready to play. It just needs a loving home, a kind friend, and the space to know it's ok to be tired.
This cat kami is made from stoneware clay and has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired for the amazing gifts of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
