(4.3cm tall) This cute little kami is a gentle forest spirit, a creature of trees and leaves and quiet places. It helps me to remember the wild that still exists in the world, and it would be wonderful as a friend or guardian spirit. It could also live on a nature table or Shinto shrine.

It is made from stoneware, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the gifts of smoke and flame. 

Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
