(4.1cm tall) A happy frog! This is one of those who just kind of appeared to me in the clay, so I just followed its lead. And its lead led to frog! It's a very happy little friend and would be wonderful as a guardian spirit. It could also live on a nature table or Shinto shrine.
It has been fired once, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
