Tree spirit kami, plant soul elemental | Shinto shamanism guardian sculpture

Here is a gentle and magical tree spirit soul kami statue. It took the form of a tree in my hands and had so much personality right from the beginning. It feels kind, wise, and timeless: both young and old, like it exists in a different perception of time than we do. It is very special! It's 5.5cm tall.

This tree spirit is made of stoneware, glazed in non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the amazing gifts of fire and smoke.

Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only non-toxic material.
