(9.5cm tall) Here is another festive gnome, a happy spirit to bring warmth and joy to the colder time of the year. He would be wonderful as a Christmas or winter solstice decoration, for a nature table or in a shrine.
He has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
