what we do with your information
Drifting Spirits will be what is known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we will have access to your name, order information, e-mail address, and physical address. We keep your physical address only long enough to send you your parcel. We retain the aspects of your order necessary for us to complete our tax declarations, but we do not retain (or submit) any of your personal information. We will carefully guard your name and e-mail address for up to two years. They will be stored securely on one computer only. If do not want your name and e-mail address to be retained, please contact us. (We probably won’t use said name and e-mail address at all. If we do, it will be exclusively to send you desperately exciting news / updates. If this happens twice in one year, we will be astonished.)

Drifting Spirits installs on your device only those cookies that are essential for the running of this website. We do not use Google Analytics or any other marketing or analytics services. We do not track you or collect information on your usage statistics.
