(9.3cm tall by approx 5.8cm wide) This sweet fairy cottage or spirit house is a beautiful little shrine or home for tiny folk. This one feels like a combination of earth, air, fire, and water: a holding in balance of all that is here on this beautiful planet.
This spirit house is made of stoneware, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the beautiful effects of flame and smoke. It can live outside if it's in a dry place, but I would recommend bringing it indoors during winter as it's not frost proof.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
