(4.4cm tall) Here is another sweet and gentle kodama kami. This one is very unsure about the human world, but it loves nature and trees and would like to help us reconnect with them. It would be wonderful as a friend or guardian spirit and could also live on a nature table or Shinto shrine.
It has been fired once, glazed in soft greens, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
