(3.4cm tall) Here is a sweet little wood spirit, a small creature of gentleness, of curling up in the leaves and resting on a tree root. I think it can help us to remember that we need to curl up and rest sometimes too.
It has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
