(6.2cm tall) Here is a moon mountain nature spirit kodama forest kami who is awake at sunset! Sometimes the moon shows before the sun goes down, and this little one loves to hover in between day and night and wish the sun safe travels as it moves on to other places. It wants to help bring the peace of evening and the magic of a crescent moon to us all.
It has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
