(5.6cm tall) Here is another beautiful kodama tree and forest spirit guardian sculpture glazed in the colours of the transgender pride flag. At this time of so much division and anger, I think it wants to remind us that we're all here sharing this beautiful planet together, and that we're all beautiful too. We are all a part of nature, and it's a part of all of us. Maybe if we can focus more on what we share than how we're different, the world might be a kinder and more gentle place.
This little kodama is made from stoneware, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the gifts of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
