(4.3cm tall) Here is a sweet and gentle little kodama kami nature spirit. He's a very gentle soul who just wants to live happily in a winter forest and to show us how we can do that too, full of peace and stillness. He would be wonderful as a friend or guardian spirit and could also live on a nature table or Shinto shrine.
He has been fired once, glazed in forest greens, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
